| • I price my models off of design complexity and the time it would take to complete the model. |
| • My base prices includes full model textured base, with blendshapes and custom head. |
| • A commercial license is needed for streaming and other events. A 33% (Usually 150-200$ extra) upcharge of total price will be added. After this fee I will not charge anymore |
| • My Vtuber models final price can range from 800$-1200$+ |
| • If you want vrchat conversion thats extra |
| • NSFW texture and mesh is extra. I won't do anything too detailed |
| • Any MAJOR mesh Changes AFTER the texturing phase requested by the commissioner is and extra 2-5% |

| • Please include a fullbody 2 sided reference and frontal view of your character head if you want an accurate head model. |
| • If I don't have a back view of your model, or you don't leave a description of it. I will improvise. |
| • If you have a Live2D Model please leave it as an accurate reference! |
| • If you dont have a complete frontal view of your character or 2 sided view, I will still model your character.* |

| • I take 3 full models at a time |
| • I will notify you when you can be put into my working queue |
| • If your commission is important, you can pay a rush/priority fee to be at the top of my queue. |
| • If you are on the waitlist which is before you can get into queue, I'll message you when it's a spot open. If you do not reply within 5 days, I'll message the next person in line |
| • If you want to get into the queue while it's full, a fee will be charged for me to open a special slot for you. |
Terms of Service & FAQ

| •Please fill out the google form that is linked here on my site. |
| •After you fill out the application, I will contact you within 1-5 days to let you know if I accepted your commission or if you are welcomed on my waitlist! |
| •I will invoice you within the time you are accepted within the queue. |
| •You have one week from the day the invoice is sent to pay it! |
| • If I feel like I cannot make your design well, I will decline! Please don't feel bad I want to make high quality models within my skill set. |
| Modeling Process |

| • Please allow time for me to contact you regarding your commission status. I send up to 5+ updates a week, that is when I have progress and/or questions for you. |
| • By allowing me to work on your model, you give me rights to post wips of images on my social media. Unless stated otherwise that the model should be kept private until debut date etc |
| • It takes roughly 1-2/+ months for me to complete your commission depending on your spot in the queue. |
| • Please allow me to respond to your messages and requests within 48 hours. Most of the time I will answer any dms within the day I receive them |
| •You will know how your model looks in every phase please apply feedback during the process and not when it is finished. |
| Payments |

| • I accept all Payments through VGEN! |
| • I accept 50% up front and 50% when finished. You will not receive your files until I get the other 50%. |
| • I also accept Pay in 4! |
| • Any adjustments to your mesh after texturing phase will be extra |
| • I start commissions after some form of payment is made. |
| • If I have to cancel for some reason during the modeling process, I'll refund you 80% of the amount paid. (Reasons includes sickness, personal matter etc)* |
| • I generally do not give refunds upon request. I also don't refund when the project is done. |
| • If for some reason you cannot pay your installments (pay in 4) I will pause working on your commission until your able to. |

| Q: Do you take anymore payment methods? | A: All payments go through VGen Payment System |
| Q: Can I post this model on my socials etc? | A: Yes! Its your model you can post however you want! Just credit me as your modeler! |
| Q: My model has an issue | A: Please let me know within 30 days and I will try to fix it to the best of my ability. |
| Q: Can we stream with this model? | A: Yes! Any other commercial use contact me! |
| Q: I want you to change this | A: I send screenshots and/or stream on twitch. You will know what your model looks like in all phases. Any mesh changes after the texturing phase is extra |
| Q: Can you make monster character robots etc? | A: I am okay with making humanoid creatures that have animal parts such as nekomimi kitsune or characters with robot arms. I do not offer anthro modeling or unhumanoid character models. |
| Q: Can we edit or redistribute etc | A: Please no taking parts. You can edit your model. No claiming model as your own! No reselling your models. |
| Q: I want my model done in a week you need to hurry. | A: Please do not rush me on making models as I spend 8-16 hrs A DAY, working on models. I'm always sending updates multiple times a week, even multiple times a day. Modeling takes time and revisions tend to happen for me to make your character accurate and good looking as possible. Please be paitent with me if you are rushing me using foul language or any disrespectful manner I reserve the rights to cancel and refund half the amount. Your model will be disposed of or just a WIP. |

| What my clients do with their models is not representing who I am as a person. |
| Please do not do a chargeback, if so you will be blacklisted from commissioning me as this is my full time job. I'm always open to fixing any issues regarding you model. |
| If any damages occur from someone else porting your model to different softwares I am not responsible for it. |
| By Commissioning me you are agreeing with my TOS and Payments. If you fail to read my TOS I am not liable for any issues. |
